We have new patient forms available online and in our office. Completing them online before your visit saves time. We'll send you a link after you schedule.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of any medications you take, and any previous dental X-rays if available.
How long does a first visit take?
Plan for approximately 60–90 minutes for a comprehensive new patient exam and cleaning. This gives us enough time to be thorough and address all your questions.
Do you see anxious patients?
Absolutely. Dental anxiety is extremely common and we specialize in creating calm, comfortable experiences. Please let us know when you schedule so we can take extra care.
Can I bring my children too?
